Dialogue: Booking a hotel
Hotel Agent: Good morning! Can I help you?
Customer: I need to book a hotel for a business trip to New York.
Hotel Agent: When will you need the accommodations?
Customer: July 5th and 6th.
Hotel Agent: So, you'll need a room for three days and two nights. You'll be departing on July 7th
Customer: Yes, that's right.
Hotel Agent: Mmm... We have vacancies. Would youlike to make a reservation?
Customer: Yes, I would.
Hotel Agent: Do you want a king or double?
Customer: I'm travelling alone, so a room with a king-sized bed is fine.
Hotel Agent: Ok. Your name, please?
Customer: Jane Brown.
Hotel Agent: Ok, Mrs Brown, we'll hold the room until 6pm on July 5th and you can check in at 3 pm. Check-out time is noon on July 7th.
Customer: Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Hotel Agent: Yes, it has two. It also has a room service menu if you prefer to eat in your room. Your hotels room fees include a continental breakfast served in the lounge by the lobby.
Customer: What other amenities and services does the hotel have?
Hotel Agent: There is a laundry service, hairdresser's, fitness center, wake-up call and parking.
Customer: OK, thanks.
Hotel Agent: I need a credit card number to reserve the room.
Customer: OK, here it is.
Hotel Agent: Great. The room is reserved. Please, let us know if you need anything else.
Customer: thank you!
